2nd April 08 ThinkSupport launched VISION - HelpDesk
 

Demonstrating its commitment to users, ThinkSupport.net today launched a powerful web-based helpdesk software - "VISION", featuring the online beta version.

ThinkSupport.net has come a long way from its beginnings. After being a leader in providing Webhosting and Software Support, Thinksupport looks to the future and introduces ThinkSoftwares.net. ThinkSoftwares comprises of an expertised team, a team that will be fully dedicated towards software development, a team that promises to bring an innovative product each time to the market that is unique and affordable.

ThinkSupport.net a leading "Outsourced Support Solution Provider", today announced that the company will now offer volunteer free support which would operate in the name of "MyFreeSupport.com"

MyFreeSupport would offer support solutions for all major control panels, Billing and Helpdesk Softwares including a separate section for Ads and offers.

ThinkSupport.net announced the introduction of some new packages - "Per Ticket", "Per Server" and "24/7 Server Monitoring Alert" packages for 24/7 Outsourced Hosting Support for the coming Christmas and Holiday season this year.

ThinkSupport previously offered Dedicated and Semi Dedicated Level I, II and Level III support for Unix/Linux, Microsoft Windows, FreeBSD and Sun Solaris OS platforms.
